To secure a wedding booking with Bec & Co, A minimum of the bride plus three additional makeups is required. A personalised quotation will be issued via Xero and must be confirmed within 48 hours to finalise your reservation.

Pricing reflects not only the makeup applications on the day, but also includes the bridal trial, early or unsociable hours, administrative time, travel, and the commitment to your date — often secured one to two years in advance. 

In the event that your bridal party size requires further assistance, an additional artist may be arranged to ensure a seamless and timely morning. This will always be discussed with you beforehand, allowing you to feel completely assured and comfortable with the artist selected.

Any allergies or skin sensitivities must be disclosed and discussed prior to booking your bridal makeup to ensure your safety and the suitability of all products used.

To ensure a calm, enjoyable and professional experience, Bec & Co operates a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour. Should I be spoken to in a manner I deem unsuitable, whether during your trial or on your wedding day. Bec reserves the right to withdraw her services immediately. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

As a highly trained specialist in bridal makeup, I ask that my professional expertise are respected at all times. For this reason, I am unable to accommodate instructions or direction on how to carry out my work from the bride or any member of the bridal party on the wedding morning.

Your wedding booking is confirmed once the non-refundable deposit has been received by Bec & Co. Upon receipt of this deposit, a binding contract is formed between the client (the bride) and Bec & Co (Rebecca Haworth-Slater) for makeup services on the agreed wedding date.
 

Please note:

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full via bank transfer no later than 8 weeks prior to the wedding date.

• Final numbers must be confirmed 8 weeks prior to the wedding date, any reductions to your numbers after this will still be charged full price. 

• Cancellations up to 6 months before the wedding date: 50% of the total balance is payable.

• Cancellations within 3 months of the wedding date: The full balance is payable.

• Amendments: Any changes to your booking after confirmation will incur a £50 administration fee, so please ensure all details are correct before signing.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend and provide my services due to illness, Bec & Co will make every effort to arrange a trusted, professional artist to step in on her behalf. Should a suitable replacement not be available, you will receive a full refund of any payments made for the affected services.

All makeup trials are conducted at: 39 King Street, Whalley, BB7 9SP

Prior to your wedding day, it’s important that we meet to discuss your ideas, inspirations, and any questions you may have. This allows me to ensure a seamless experience on the day itself, while guiding you towards a bespoke bridal look that reflects your individual style with timeless elegance.

Trial Information:

• Trials are held Tuesday to Thursday, between 9:30am – 3:00pm.

• Payment for trials is due on the day of your appointment.

• Please arrive on time, makeup free and bring any inspiration photos or ideas to help create your desired look.

• Bride Trials are compulsory. It is highly recommended that each member of your wedding party has a trial in advance of the wedding day. 

Each makeup application takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Timings will be arranged in advance based on the number of clients and the ceremony start time.
 

To ensure the schedule runs smoothly, please make sure:

• All faces are completely makeup-free.

• Teeth are brushed before makeup application to avoid disrupting lipstick.

• Contact lenses (if required) are inserted before makeup begins.

• Photographs may be taken on the day for use across Bec & Co's social media platforms and website. If you would prefer not to have any images captured or shared, please inform Bec prior to or on the day of your wedding.

Before securing your date with Bec & Co, all clients are required to review and agree to our full Terms & Conditions. These ensure clarity, professionalism and a seamless experience from your trial through to your wedding morning.
 

A personalised document outlining all Terms & Conditions will be sent to you upon enquiry. This must be signed and returned within 48 hours to confirm your booking and secure your wedding date.
 

By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies detailed within the document.
